We started to use Town and Country for service to our Malibu boat a few years ago. The service department, especially Brock, is always willing to listen to offer any assistance or guidance that might be required. At the 2012 Toronto Boat Show, we ended up purchasing at Malibu Wakesetter. Everyone from Matt and Scott at the show answering questions and showing us the features of the boat, to Val back at the store assisting with getting everything in order and ready to go; each encounter that we have with any of the staff at Town and Country are excellent, we never walk away with questions or concerns. The staff is always polite and friendly and very knowledgeable.

My family was brand new to the boating lifestyle – we had just closed on a cottage and had started to think about buying a boat when we met Matt at the Cottage Life show. From this first meeting to the date we took possession of our first boat, the staff at Town & Country were exceptional. For 6 years now Town and Country Marine has become part of our summer family. It all started when we rented our boat from them to use on our summer vacation on Stoney Lake. Everyone at T & C made it so easy for us. We graduated from renting to buying our 1st boat with the help of Trevor and his team. As our family has grown, now with grandchildren, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a larger boat. Matt sat down with us and matched our need for water skiing and wake boarding requirements along with capacity and safety for the young ones. T & C made the transition from a smaller to larger vessel very smooth. Now we look forward to beginning each summer by visiting our Town and Country family to pick up our boat which is ready to put in the water and enjoy. During the summer if we have any questions, the service department responds to us right away. When summer is over we return the boat to Town and Country where they winterize it, make any repairs, and carefully store it safely for the winter. Thanks to Trevor, Matt, Val and the whole gang for being such a great part of our summer.

Everyone at Town and Country Marine made our boat buying experience a great one! From the minute we walked in the door this summer we have had great service from the entire staff at Town and Country. Justin Stone, our salesperson, was very helpful and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and if he didn’t have the answer, he told us he would get us the answer as soon as he could and he did! Justin took us out on the test drive. That was fun! We didn’t have to go far, it was right on Buckhorn Lake. Our ten year old daughter Cameron had a blast. We felt no pressure from anyone in making our decision to purchase our new Sea Ray. Once we had made our decision, everything went smoothly. Valerie Payne & the office staff explained everything in great detail. She was highly knowledgeable about Sea Rays and went over our manual from front to back. She explained their maintenance programs, winter storage, winterizing, & spring start up packages, etc. She even had the name of our boat, that we had picked out, “Ship Happens” on the boat for us when we picked it up. We did take advantage of their fantastic offer of their winter maintenance & storage programs. We were able to put our boat to bed for the winter with no worries whatsoever! We had a fantastic summer boating! Thank you everyone at Town and Country Marine!
